The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) was founded in 1974 by a group of STEM employed individuals with the dream of creating a national organization that will impact and influence Hispanic communities. With this goal in mind and stubborn motivation, SHPE has become one of the leading organizations in the nation with strong independent networks of both professional and student chapters all across the country.
